Project Summary

Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering and Design for showroom and office interior improvements to include show room, break room with sink, men’s and women’s restrooms, sales office, manager’s office, customer service space, sample room, and electrical room. HVAC equipment will be sized to the space and local climate conditions per ASHRAE guidelines and requirements. Dehumidification shall be incorporated into the design selection of the equipment as required for the region. Provide individual sewer connection and lateral for the show room and warehouse space. Natural gas shall be provided to the project site by the local gas authority with a meter set and stub-out for the showroom/office space and warehouse. Eye wash stations shall be provided in the warehouse area next to the charging stations. Provide (1) ADA drinking fountain within the warehouse area. Warehouse space will be ventilated with an exhaust fan and inlet/relief louvers. Provide waterless urinals but include supply piping for installation of conventional fixture in their place for future use.
