Project Summary

The existing Family Dining, Bar, Terrace Room, Private Dining, Pre-Function, North Lobby, and Outdoor Terrace are planned for remodel and slight reconfiguration.  New function will include moving the Bar from Family Dining Area to the Terrace Room; Update of the Terrace Room/Private Dining/Pre-Function to be a contiguous bar/lounge area; and to reconfigure the existing North Lobby to a Hallway and Service Corridor with a new service station.  The existing Outdoor Terrace is noted to be expanded with new gas fixtures and deck drainage likely needed.
