Project Summary

This is a 3,700 square feet tenant improvement of an existing building that will include dining areas, kitchen prep area, toilet rooms, and outdoor dining. New fan coils tied into the existing building chilled water system will be provided to serve the tenant build-out. Walsh Engineers shall specify the required exhaust systems to serve the kitchen hoods. Walsh Engineers will provide full gas piping plans, calculations, and schematics for coordination with the local gas supplier. General plumbing design will include domestic water and sewer, condensate drainage, and kitchen provisions. Plumbing engineering included for all interior piping. Grease interceptor design included.
