Level P1 contains below grade parking, indoor/outdoor lobby space, community kitchen (non-grease producing), lounge/TV game room, leasing office, (2) H.O. living units, fitness room, mail room, (2) mechanical rooms, plaza storage room, storage area, men’s restroom with (1) lavatory and (1) toilet, women’s restroom with (1) lavatory and (1) toilet, and bike storage room.
