Project Summary

IriSys intends to occupy an existing tenant space that requires improvements to 5,200 square feet of repurposed clean room labs, 1,800 square feet of new clean manufacturing, 7,600 square feet of repurposed Lab and Lab support areas, 7,700 square feet of remodeled office area, and 970 square feet of utility equipment area. Walsh Engineers performed the mechanical and plumbing design and engineering of these spaces based on IriSys standards and requirements and Due Diligence Report.
