Project Summary

Design and construction of a warm shell medical office building, approximately 50,000 square feet occupied space. HVAC design and engineering consisted of applying a shell Water Source Heat Pump system to provide for a heat sink/reservoir for the Lobby WSHP units and future tenant WSHP connections; outside air handling units and extended duct planning will be applied as needed for lobby units and to facilitate future tenant connections. Plumbing design will be provided for the shell restrooms, to accommodate for future tenant restrooms and exam hand washing sinks, and miscellaneous requirements; roof drainage and parking garage entry drain planning will be included. Tenant improvement planning for provisions for lab waste particulate traps or waste treatment systems.
