Project Summary

• Package 4: Renovation of three existing, single story, concrete buildings (43524, 43525, and 43526) each approximately 6,270 square feet and for the new construction of BEQ Buildings P026, P073, P1115, and P520 with a combine total of 692 living units in a Marine Corps 2+0E configuration. The BEQ campus also includes four community buildings - one specific to each BEQ building - each featuring lobby and common areas, lounge/assembly, recreational activities, internet café, and laundry facilities. Site amenities include boot wash, BBQ cook areas with natural gas and domestic hot and cold water.
• Package 7: Four new BEQ Buildings P094, P190, P1116, and P1008 with a combine total of 551 living units in a Marine Corps 2+0E configuration. Four community buildings, one specific to each BEQ building, featuring lobby and common areas, lounge/assembly, recreational activities, internet café, and laundry facilities. Site amenities that include boot wash, BBQ cook areas with natural gas and domestic hot and cold water. Project received the 2012 CMAA Project Achievement Award.
