Project Summary

It is understood that this project is a ground up new mixed-use 7-story complex consisting of 269 apartments and 5,100 square feet of street front retail space located in the IDEA District of San Diego. It is estimated that the overall project is approximately 397,650 square feet which includes two underground levels of parking, pool, open court area, and roof terrace with coordination for future kitchen and restaurant tenant build-out.
