Project Summary

• The 4th Floor will be approximately 8,000 square feet of a tenant improvement of the existing 4th floor north area space which encompasses open office space, enclosed office spaces, enclosed conference rooms, break room, and storage area. This existing area shall include the removal of the existing cubicle office area portion walls, all existing furniture, existing ceiling tiles, existing 2x4 recessed lights with return air openings. The existing storage room shall be converted to a conference room, and the existing enclosed office/filing space located at the north wall of the existing men’s and women’s restroom wall shall be removed and become part of the open office area concept.
• Renovation/tenant improvement of the existing 6th floor approximately 17,714 square feet, which is located mostly east of the existing elevators and existing core restrooms. It includes the replacement of the existing furniture, finishes, office spaces, conference rooms, mail room, break room, ceiling grid and ceiling tiles and replacement of ceiling lighting.
• The 7th floor area approximately 14,781 square feet. This area encompasses open office spaces, break room, conference rooms, copy/mail room, storage rooms, supply rooms which will be renovated with new ceiling and space configurations. The existing open office spaces shall require re-zoning of the existing supply and return ductwork, add new supply and return air grilles, and re-balancing of the existing area as required to accommodate the new space configuration and function.
• Renovation/tenant improvement of the existing 8th floor approximately 12,700 square feet, which is primarily located east of the existing elevators and existing core restrooms. The existing space shall be renovated which includes the replacement of the existing furniture, finishes, office spaces, conference rooms, mail room, copy room, break room, and new lactation room.
