Project Summary

Design and construction of a property renovation which will encompass the remodel of the first floor main entry lobby area and entrance area to the existing lobby parking garage elevator atrium will be renovated to accommodate a new entry way as well as enlarging the lobby space at the existing pharmacy area, core upgrades of the elevator lobbies and common corridors on all floors, evaluation of the existing parking garage ventilation/exhaust system with a follow up written report of recommendations, modifications to the existing men’s and women’s core restrooms (floors 2-6) in order to meet ADA requirements, provide new battery operated auto flush valves and battery operated inferred faucets for core restrooms (floors 1-7), provide new plumbing fixtures for core restrooms (floors 1-7), provide ventilation-exhaust or relief air in the existing atrium at the elevators to the parking garage on the first floor.
