Project Summary

Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Design for 17,000 square feet of a new Church building, including a Chapel, storage rooms, Priest’s Sacristy room, General Sacristy room, Working Sacristy room, Reconciliation rooms, Male and Female restrooms, and Electrical room.  The HVAC system to the majority of the church will grade-mounted, direct expansion (DX) units. All supply and return air ductwork was concealed in soffits. Walsh Engineers provided design for the domestic water and sewer piping and venting, floor drains with appropriate trap primers and clean-outs, condensate drainage, new guest room water/sanitary systems and venting, and new natural gas-fired boiler and storage tank system.
